Seekers Wild Satisfaction Assurance
Seekers Wild fearlessly asserts that we offer outdoor experiences that increase the quality of life for our participants. Not to mention they are a load of fun and carry a level of adventure equal to your favorite book, movie, story, or youthful day of imaginative play. That being said, because we offer camps and classes atypical from what families are used to, we understand that experiences facilitated by Seekers Wild may not be a perfect fit for all families.

The Agreement: Seekers Wild reserves the right to approve or deny any request(s) for a refund for any reason. If a participant leaves camp or class early, whether it's because of:
  • a change in plans due to emergency,
  • decision that the class or camp is not a good fit,
  • or they have been asked to leave due to behavioral issues; Seekers Wild will refund the portion for which the participant did not attend.*
*Students asked to take a break for the day or remainder of camp will only be asked to do so in order to maintain a high quality of experience and safety for the other participants, student(s) in question, Seekers Wild instructors, and everyone else involved in the situation.
