Seekers Wild Adult Programs
Beyond survival skills, Seekers Wild provides hands on experiential learning in a wide range of outdoor living skills. The skills and adventures you can experience range from basic level survival skills to thriving skills such as primitive tool building, harvesting wild edibles and medicinal plants, and building wilderness living crafts. Seekers Wild likes to teach and learn about ways of life that flow within the natural cycles of our environment and our adult programs are your doorway to this world.
Some upcoming programs are: wilderness survival, zombie survival, wild edibles and medicinals, primitive bow making and wildcrafting. Stay tuned for dates. Below is the next available class.
Survival Skill Basics
A whole day in the woods practicing wilderness survival skills to obtain our basic human needs. Dates: Spring classes TBD More info on these classes here -Wild Edible Plant Series
-$25 per class ($5 off after first class) Dates: TBD We'll be leading a class on how to identify, harvest, and use the wild edible plants that are in season that particular week. Leave each week with wild foraged foods. Sign up for multiple classes and save! More info here... Hide Tanning 101
-$85/each Dates: (these dates run 6-8pm except for the last day which is 9am-4pm) TBD Learn the basics of hide tanning over the course of 4 evenings and go home with your very own buckskin that can be turned into bags, clothing, etc. Use one of our hides or bring your own! More info here: |
